Welcome to Fun Surf Morocco! By booking and participating in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Fun Surf Camp Morocco – Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions
  • Fun Surf Camp” / we” / us” / the Company refers to the operating company based in Taghazout, Morocco.
  • You” / the Customer means the person making a booking or purchase from us.
  • The Website refers to our official website.
  • Agent” refers to our registered partner or representative handling bookings on our behalf.
  1. Copyright & Website Use

All content on our website is protected by copyright. You’re welcome to browse and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse content for commercial purposes.

  1. Products & Services

We offer surf and accommodation packages, surf lessons, photography, airport transfers, and equipment rental. Please ensure your booking suits your needs, as we may not be able to make changes after confirmation.

  1. Booking & Contract

To secure a booking, a 10% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Your booking will only be confirmed once we receive this deposit and send you a written confirmation by email.

The remaining balance must be paid in full upon your arrival.

The contract is governed by Moroccan law and subject to the jurisdiction of Moroccan courts. If any term within this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.

  1. Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 15-day cooling-off period before your arrival. If you cancel within this timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur charges. (see section 9).

  1. Pricing & Payment

Prices include local tax and may change if our suppliers’ costs increase. Full payment is required upon the arrival as services are delivered.

  1. Payment Security

Payments can be made securely online via credit/debit card, bank transfer, in person or via PayPal. Your personal data is handled securely and in line with our privacy policy.

  1. Service Quality Guarantee

We ensure all services and equipment are fit for purpose. Discounted items or “sale” products may be excluded from warranty. Improper use voids any guarantee.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking under the following conditions:

  • During the 15-day cooling-off period: full refund.
  • After that, refunds of the deposit are discretionary and based on how close to arrival the cancellation occurs. Depending on that you might be eligible for 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 7 days before date of arrival.
  • Mistakes made by the guest (wrong dates, flight changes, etc.) are not valid reasons for free cancellation.
  1. Faulty Products or Complaints

If you experience any issues with our services or equipment, please let us know immediately so we can resolve them.

  1. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. If a claim is valid, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the booking.

We are not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss unless proven due to our negligence.

  1. Ownership & Risk

You become the owner of any physical goods once full payment is made. We are responsible for them until they’re delivered to you.

  1. Force Majeure

If external factors such as political unrest, natural disasters, or travel disruptions prevent us from fulfilling your booking, we may cancel or reschedule services. Refunds will be offered where applicable, but additional compensation is not guaranteed.

  1. Communications

We’ll communicate with you using the contact information provided at booking. Please ensure it’s accurate. To reach us, use our website contact form or reply to your confirmation email.

  1. Equipment Rental Policy (Boards & Wetsuits)
  • You are responsible for any rental equipment during your stay.
  • Surfboard damage: Fee of 300 MAD per inch (max charge = 70% of board replacement cost).
  • Lost/stolen boards: You’ll be charged for the full replacement.
  • Lost wetsuits: Full replacement cost applies.

Accept liability even if you are not present at the time of equipment delivery or return.

16. Surf Courses & Medical Disclosure

All participants joining a surf lesson or coaching program must disclose any relevant medical conditions that could affect their own safety or that of others in the water. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Heart conditions
  • Epilepsy or seizures
  • Asthma or respiratory issues
  • Allergies (including medication or food-related)
  • Any other physical or psychological condition that could be aggravated by surfing or ocean activity

This information must be shared at the time of booking or directly with our team before the lesson. It will be treated confidentially and only shared with relevant instructors for your safety.

⚠️ Important: If you fail to disclose any medical condition and it results in an incident, Fun Surf Camp Morocco will not be held liable for any resulting injury, complication, or emergency situation. It is your sole responsibility to ensure we are fully informed.

By taking part in our surf activities, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating, or that you have obtained medical clearance to do so.

  1. Surf Lessons & Safety Terms
  • You must disclose any medical conditions that could affect your safety or others.
  • Our team will act with care, but we are not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage unless required by law.
  • Surfing carries risks (strong currents, impact injuries, cold water, marine life, etc.). You take part at your own risk.Without insurance for the water activity sport you may be personally liable for medical expenses

If you feel unsafe at any time, raise the concern with our team member’s.

By taking part, you confirm you understand and accept the risks involved.

  1. Surf Safety & Risk Acknowledgement

Surfing carries risks such as:

  • Currents, tides, and uneven seabeds
  • Collisions with boards or other surfers
  • Cold water or marine life exposure

Our instructors prioritize safety, but by participating, you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

If you need help in the water, bring our instructors to attention so they can assist appropriately.

You agree to take part at your own risk and waive liability for injuries or damages unless caused by proven negligence on our part.

  1. Package Policy

All our packages are discounted bundles valid for the full duration of your stay and are non-transferable and non-refundable.
